Our staff is comprised of licensed transaction coordinators with over 25 years of combined real estate training and experience. We utilize our extensive training, experience, and knowledge to process all your transactions in the proper timeframes without costly delays. This allows you to spend more of your time working with clients and closing deals. Not only are we licensed but our staff is bi-lingual. We have English, Spanish, German and Greek speaking TC’s allowing us to communicate across a very broad spectrum of customers.

Owner & CEO

Ioanna Burns is founder and CEO of Assist An Agent FL, LLC and is an experienced and licensed Real Estate agent, Senior Transaction Coordinator, and Customer Service professional. Ioanna brings her extensive sales, customer service background and HR experience into the real estate market and is driven by the need to deliver a high level of service to her clients. Ioanna is tri-lingual and takes pride in providing the best specialized transaction management experience possible.

Ioanna’s passion for customer service can be traced back to her earlier career as a Business Management and Economics professional in Europe. She spent many years developing the very skills necessary to make a well-versed transaction coordinator, to include attention to details, time management, oral and written communications and concise decision making.

Ioanna has worked in the real estate industry since 2014, gaining proficiencies in the listing and selling process, as well-as expertise in the Florida Real State Estate compliance requirements. As a seasoned Transaction Coordinator, Ioanna is very passionate when it comes to providing her agents and their customers with a one-stop shop for all their transaction needs until closing.

When not busy working to improve the level of service provided by Assist An Agent FL, LLC, Ioanna loves spending time with her husband and two lovely children. She also likes to curl up with a good book whenever times permits.

Alexis Moore

Alexis Moore

Licensed Realtor / Transaction Manager

My name is Alexis Moore and I am a Transaction Coordinator with Assist An Agent FL. Currently I call Phoenix, AZ home though I have spent my life traveling the world. I studied Sociology and Anthropology at Arizona State University, and later fell in love with real estate. I earned my Florida Real Estate License in 2014 and was an active agent from coast to coast for several years. This has provided me with first-hand knowledge and experience in this industry, which enhances my abilities as a Transaction Coordinator. I pride myself on providing my agents and their clients with the best service possible, by being detail oriented and organized. When I’m not managing contracts or servicing listings, you can find me hiking the nearest mountain or shopping for plants.

Tiziana Gonzalez

Licensed Realtor | Transaction Manager

After 16 years of Civil service in the US ARMY and US AIR FORCE, out of which 14 years I spent in property Management (Military housing), I decided to pursue a Real Estate career. I have been in Real Estate for the past 4 years, speak 4 Languages (English, German, Spanish, Italian) and am a wife of a former US Army soldier and mother of 2 children and 3 dogs.

Bre Murray

Licensed Realtor | Transaction Manager

Originally from Northern Wisconsin, Bre made her move to the Tampa area of Florida in 2003. She worked in the medical field for 13 years before getting her real estate license in 2015. She began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker, and after a year there she transferred to Keller Williams Suburban Tampa. She joined one of the top real estate teams in Keller Williams as an agent and as an admin/transaction coordinator for the team. She was a part of the team for 4 years before becoming a single agent and working with Assist An Agent FL, LLC as a full time transaction coordinator. She continues to hold an active real estate license.
